At Oasis Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened fragrance bottles in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully place the perfume in its original designer box and use protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Oasis

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
